Job Responsibility:
  • Manage, control and end to end supervision of Robi's High Capacity Microwave, SDH and Spur Links in a timely manner
  • Ensure to deliver Microwave link and Optical Mux deployment as per schedule
  • Quality optimization of backbone and Urban SDH links
  • To assist management in making strategic decision on new technology implementation in transmission network
  • NMS implementation and SDH network performance report analysis as per management request
  • To coordinate with other unit and external bodies for transmission network quality issues, operation and maintenance work and troubleshooting
Educational Qualification :
  • B.Sc. in CSE/EEE/Communication Engineering from any reputed university
Job Requirements :
  • Age : NA
  • Experience in related field minimum 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • 4-5 years working experience on GSM/3G and Transmission Network Operation
  • Basic Knowledge on mobile telecommunication (2G/GSM), 
  • Excellent practical knowledge on MUX /DWDM/SDH Radio Network Rollout.
  • Working knowledge on SAP or similar Enterprise Application Software. 
  • Have advanced knowledge in microwave network design, transmission equipment
  • Excellent knowledge on Telecom Project Management.
  • Very good knowledge in implementing lease transmission from different NTTN.
  • Strong negotiation ability with vendors and associates
