Job Responsibility:
- Development organization competence framework & ensure that all the development plan are aligned and executed in line with the individual competence requirement
- Design & develop in-house training modules & development program for all Robi employees
- Identify the training need and execute the development plan to improve functional and leadership capabilities of the individuals
- Coordinate with local and global learning institutes and provide appropriate guidance to customize training modules relevant to the target group.
- Manage the company training budget and effectively plan for the training & development initiative for the employees
- Manage the e-learning program for the whole organization
- Prepare the Learning & development effectiveness report and present to the management periodically
- Graduate from any reputed university with excellent academic back ground
- Professional degree on HR will be an added qualification
- Age : NA
- Experience in related field minimum 4 year(s)
- At least 4 years of working experience with 1-2 years in managing training & development function
- Knowledge on developing functional & leadership competence framework
- Understand learning & development cycle of the organization
- Strong facilitation skills and excellent in power point presentation
- Must be a strong team player and reflects a positive & assertive mind set, act as change agent
- Good understating in working with large spread sheet analysis
- Knowledge in SAP HR module will be added advantage
