Save the Children USA, an International children and women focused organisation invites application from qualified candidates for various projects. The positions are:

1. Deputy Program Manager-Adolescent Development & School Health Nutrition 
Shishuder Jonno Project - 01 Position based in Meherpur

This position is responsible for technical supervision of Adolescent Development & School Health Nutrition interventions at field level that includes planning, monitoring and implementation for ensuring quality and capacity building of staff and others.

Requirements: Masters degree in Social Science/Public Health or equivalent with at least 07 years working experience including 03 years relevant working experience on reproductive health program management, excellent communication skill both in English and Bangla, hands on experience in organizing training/workshop and process facilitation, readiness to travel to field areas are some essential requirements.

2. Deputy Program Manager-Primary Education, Shishur Khamatayan Project - 01 Position based in Dhaka

This position is mainly responsible for providing technical support to implementing Partners, monitoring implementation for ensuring quality and building capacity of Partners and counterparts.

Requirements: Masters degree in Social Science or equivalent with at least 07 years working experience in Primary Education including 03 years relevant experience on staff capacity building and partnership, excellent communication skill both in English and Bangla, hands on experience oil designing training and facilitation, frequent travel to field areas are some essential requirements.

3. Deputy Manager- Sub-Grants - 01 Position based in Dhaka

This position is responsible for ensuring compliance, carrying out partner monitoring and disbursement, reviewing and checking all relevant documents pertinent to the periodic financial report of Partner NGOs for fund release/adjustments of advance, assisting in training need assessment of partner NGO staff in the area of financial management, coordinating with internal and external auditor at the time of Audit.

Requirements: Masters degree in Financial Management or equivalent with at least 07 years relevant working experience in which 04 years experience in dealing with partners, excellent budget preparation and analytical skills, proficiency in using spreadsheet, ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and excellent interpersonal communication skills arc essential.

4. Senior Program Officer-Livelihood - 02 Positions based in Barisal/Patuakhali

This position is mainly responsible for effective planning and implementation of micro-enterprise development interventions for the entire district, supervising staff and building capacity of staff, counterparts and partners, developing and documenting reports, manuals, keeping close liaison with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements: Masters degree in Marketing/Development Studies or equivalent, at least 05 years of relevant working experience including 03 years al a supervisory level, hands on experience on micro-enterprise and income generating activity, excellent communication and report writing skill both in English and Bangla, ability to work in adverse situations and readiness to travel to field areas are essential requirements.
