Position :	Head of Broadband & Internet
Department:	Data & VAS
Division :	Marketing
As the Head of Broadband & Internet, the incumbent will be responsible for managing all broadband and internet related products and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Be responsible for the ‘Mobile Broadband’ portfolio within Data and VAS and oversee the full product development & management of lifecycle i.e. starting from formulating service strategy to deployment to End-of-Life, Responsible for meeting revenue and broadband subscription targets Develop innovative broadband product offerings for various segments Attain market leadership in broadband space Take the initiative to identify and create exciting new services for mobile consumer; design new services to meet the Bangladesh mobile market Manage a team of product executives in launching strategically new services, developing Go-To-Market and communication strategies and generating revenues Work with internal and external stakeholders to deploy these services. Develop training materials and conduct training to customer-fronting and service support teams Review product enhancements, analyze trends and customers' usage patterns and track competitors' offerings
EDUCATION : Bachelor/Masters in business administration or Information/Communication Technology from a reputed university
EXPERIENCE : Minimum 4 years of work experience in relevant field especially in any renowned ISP. Experience in similar field in telecom industry will be an added advantage
Special Skill Requirements : Leadership and management within a multi-disciplined team Initiative, Team player and result driven Good understanding of mobile internet (WiFi, WiMax, mobile broadband, and IP technology) along with platforms and system requirements Ability to work under pressure and maintain timeline Good understanding of mobile internet/broadband technology & charging gateways Very good understanding of local ISP market & international trend for mobile Broadband & Data plans
