Director Engineering in Biman Bangladesh Airlines

Biman Bangladesh Airlines Ltd. invites application from the Bangladeshi national(s) for contractual employment as Director Engineering as per following terms and conditions:-

Qualifications: B.Sc in Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics or Aeronautical/Aerospace/Avionics from any recognized Institute or University. Candidates with 3rd division/class or equivalent in any academic career are not eligible to apply.

Age Limit: Maximum 55 years as on 12-03-2009. Age limit may be relaxed in case of a suitable candidate(s).

Work Experience: Minimum 10 years practical experience in Executive position in an Aircraft Maintenance Organisation. Sound knowledge on engineering and maintenance methodology is essential.

Job Profile:
(i) Strong understanding of Aircraft Engineering & Maintenance System/Management. (ii) Knowledge of international aviation and safety regulations.

Candidate Profile:
(i) The incumbent will be hands-on result-oriented achiever, good in planning, organizing and managing the functions to fulfill the job.
(ii) Proven record of leadership and ability to work as a team leader.

Salary: Negotiable.
