Position: Vice President DialogueMedia (Digital Media)

From weblogs to wiki, podcasts to RSS feeds, search engine optimization and mobile marketing, MWW Group will tailor solutions to client needs. In addition to monitoring services and new media strategies, MWW Group also provides avenues into new advertising spaces such as blogs, forums and mobile devices.


Primary Duties of Vice President, DialogueMedia:

Leads enterprise-wise social direction, via creation & execution of vision and mission statements, for areas such as: Social (general), Social Technology & Communities, Social Media

Enables and enacts social media strategies, campaigns, and ensures the optimal use of in-house technical and community platforms

Maintains awareness of social technology & related trends, and communication of this aspect throughout the enterprise

Networks with bloggers, especially those writing about social tech & communities

Sets & advises on the organization's policy on social activities & processes, including privacy & data-related aspects

Work with senior PR consultants to adapt strategies and execute programs to optimize online media and audiences engaged in appropriate social networking

Develop strategic plans for existing clients and new business prospects to drive online support to enable clients to achieve business objectives

Build thought leadership around trends in social networking and position the company and the DialogueMedia Group as leaders in the understanding and shaping of the future of online media and social networking

Train staff to ensure internalization of new media strategies and execution and to build a base of expertise throughout the company

Develop effective measurement tools and strategies that measure the overall impact of social media campaigns and accurately quantify results for clients

Qualifications:

Experience creating and executing online social media campaigns and social networking campaigns for commercial and corporate entities to generate interest and excitement for initiatives, drive business platforms, protect reputation and address issues faced by companies

Creation of online social applications for at least 2 different major social networking platforms

Thorough knowledge of the following technology & platforms: blogs, social bookmarking, social networking, social news, microblogs, video sharing & media streaming, photo sharing, social software & applications, integration of messaging & social networking applications, widgets & gadgets, ad integration, viral campaign management, podcasting, and all open source software

4-year college degree

4-8 years experience in working with marketing agencies, companies or within a media entity

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Experience with Web Reporting tools (e.g. Urchin/Google Analytics, Web Trends) and online media research tools (ComScore, NetRatings, Technorati, Quantcast)

Ability to manage multiple projects, effectively motivate and manage teams and work collaboratively with colleagues across disciplines and sectors
