Job Responsibility:

  • Development organization competence framework & ensure that all the development plan are aligned and executed in line with the individual competence requirement
  • Design & develop in-house training modules & development program for all Robi employees
  • Identify the training need and execute the development plan to improve functional and leadership capabilities of the individuals
  • Coordinate with local and global learning institutes and provide appropriate guidance to customize training modules relevant to the target group.
  • Manage the company training budget and effectively plan for the training & development initiative for the employees
  • Manage the e-learning program for the whole organization
  • Prepare the Learning & development effectiveness report and present to the management periodically
Educational Qualification :
  • Graduate from any reputed university with excellent academic back ground
  • Professional degree on HR will be an added qualification
Job Requirements :
  • Age : NA
  • Experience in related field minimum 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • At least 4 years of working experience with 1-2 years in managing training & development function
  • Knowledge on developing functional & leadership competence framework
  • Understand learning & development cycle of the organization
  • Strong facilitation skills and excellent in power point presentation
  • Must be a strong team player and reflects a positive & assertive mind set, act as change agent
  • Good understating in working with large spread sheet analysis
  • Knowledge in SAP HR module will be added advantage
