Job Description / Responsibility:

•  This is a target-oriented job and Salary will be based on Target achievement.
• Identify key customers, determine their needs and proceed to develop business.
• Lead demand generation activities, sales planning and strategies to achieve set targets.
• Make presentation to the potential customers.
• Preparing marketing report weekly through emails.
• Manage and monitor the entire cycle from the initiation of the sales call to closing of the deal.
• Create and be accountable for follow-up of all client proposals, contracts and any other related documentation.

Educational Requirements:

• Masters/Graduate
• MBA will be plus points

Experience Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 year(s) in Real Estate/Developer sector
• Success record in Apartment sales which will be given priorities
• Sales & Marketing

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age 25 year(s) and over
• Must have excellent communication & negotiation skills
