B.Arch / M.Arch from any reputed university, (2-5) years working experience in & residential/ high rise building designing, 3D & Brochure designing through RAJUK new rules will get preference. Fresh graduates also apply for Trainee Architect (Male / Female).



Responsibilities:

Create New Design,3D,Plan rendering, Rajuk sheet prepare, product promotion activities, counseling with clients/land owner, arranging corporate meeting, site visit with clients, customer relation development, Provide after sales service & others.

Post : 02(Full time/Part time)
Salary : Tk.10,000/- to 20,000/- with other facilities.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Manage financial administration, such as operate petty cash including maintaining the cash book, monitor the daily cash flow record and the level of liquidity
• Accountable for inflow and outflow of money from the bank
• Carry out financial planning and budgeting
• Monitor the accounting for assigned project
• Ensure that the assigned services within the section are done correctly according to GTZ Financial and Accounting Guidelines
• Review travel claims submitted by staff for final approval

Required Entry Qualifications

• Masters in Accounting from a reputed University
• Must have at least three years professional working experience in a similar position
• Excellent command of English and Bangla languages
• In depth knowledge about the web based accounting software system
• Excellent understanding of financial planning and accounting
• Proficient in computer applications especially Microsoft Office Package (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point) and internet/emailing

• Ability to establish priorities, plan, coordinate and monitor own work
• Good coordination with others to ensure consistency of terminology and style; and demonstrated ability to gain the support and cooperation of others in a team environment, with sensitivity and respect for diversity
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
