• Extensive knowledge on livelihoods in the Haor context in Bangladesh
• Expertise in conducting baseline and end line surveys for development and livelihoods projects using both qualitative and quantitative methods;
• Good understanding of the Haor, Government of Bangladesh services, safety net issues, business linkages and donors;
• Good track record of producing high quality report in English and sharing at national level.
