1. Position: Associate Creative Director / Senior Art Director

Job Description: You will be a man of ideas, full of creativity. So you should have…

  • Strategic thinking - skills in conceptualizing ideas - strengths in translating agency briefs into works that works - able to communicate his/her Ideas without words with strong visualising sense
  • Should be able to generate concepts/ideas for brand building
  • Knowledge of print, post production and international advertising
  • Keen interest in radio & films
  • Enthusiasm to add value to self and agency
  • Keen to win client recognition as well as industry accolades like awards
  • Confidence in selling own work to clients
  • Die-hard ability to deal with pitches
  • Responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department and adhering to required quality and timelines

Job Requirement:

  • MFA/BFA from a reputed Art School
  • 4+ years experiences with leading Advertising Agency
  • Good knowledge in culture, history and heritage

2. Position: Executive, Account Management

Job Description: You will be a man of communication, a linking person between the creative team and the client. So you will be responsible…

  • To develop the business through exploring, phone prospecting, setting appointments and preparing proposals
  • To handle the Account/Client understanding their requirements and marketing objectives
  • Articulate the solution in terms of ROI to the customer
  • To establish relationship with key business partners and vendors

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in business; experience is not a matter if you can take the challenge
  • Expertise in MS Office (esp. Power point & Excel)
  • Good Language (Both English & Bengali) and business communication skill
  • Female preferred

3. Position: Executive, HR & Administration

  • Organize day to day administrative tasks efficiently
  • Assist manpower planning, management and development.

4. Position: Graphic Designer

Job Description: You should be a man having design sense. Also you must have…

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Quark Xpress
  • At least 6 years experiences in Graphic Design (Experience in Pre-production/Output house will get priority
  • Excellent design sense, art skills and able to create prototype of any artwork
  • Ability to w ork within tight deadlines
  • Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
