Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients to achieve targets for an International Call Center
  • Liaise with International Clients for Servicing and Solutions Delivery
  • Responsible for AR & Clients Satisfaction
  • Achieve business targets in terms of both Numbers and Values
  • Manage partner relationships alongside client relationship
  • Must have excellent/fluent communication skills in English with ability/ experience to communicate with corporate clients based in USA / UK / Canada / Australia
  • Team Management, advice on Business Intelligence and develop strategies
  • Report and monitor competition and industry activities & challenges
  • Sign Service Level Agreement contracts with International customers

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduate in any subject

Experience Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Interacting with clients over Phone
  • Solving the problem & feedback from clients
  • Web research and net surfing
  • Responsible for telemarketing sales.

Educational Requirements:

  • O/ A Level /Graduate in English/BBA(Preferred in Marketing) /Computer Science
  • Major in Marketing will be preferred with international relations regarding Call Center (For Single Position).
  • Qualification will be consider if you are able to speak in English thoroughly.

Experience Requirements:
