General Manager –Sales & Marketing (01)
What to do:
- Responsible for the performance and development of al sales activities
- Develop a business plan & sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability;
- Responsible for the performance and development of the sales personnel;
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by the team for effective search of sales leads and prospects;
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets;
- Manage all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing functions.
We Require:
- Post Graduate Degree in any discipline preferable in Business Administration
- 10+ years experience in Sales and Marketing of FMCG or Electrical industry
- Proven career record in stimulating, developing and planning new initiatives with excellent leadership skills
- Excellent command over English and Bengali & sound computer proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- He must be above 40 years who will be smart, energetic, self-starter, proactive with excellent convincing ability to drive sales teams dynamically and professionally

What to do:

- Post Graduate Degree in any discipline preferable in Marketing
- 5 to 8 years selling experience in the Electrical or FMCG Industry worked specifically in Dhaka or adjacent Dhaka city
- He must be above 35 years who will be smart, energetic, self-starter, proactive with excellent convincing ability to drive sales teams dynamically and professionally

- Minimum Graduate preferably in Marketing or Business Management
- At least 02 years experience in the relevant field preferably in the Electrical or FMCG Industry
- Familiar with reputed, capable & solvent wholesalers across the country
- Good communication skill & willing to travel extensively anywhere in Bangladesh
- He must be above 25 years who will be smart, young and energetic with to work in a dynamic team of professionals.
