Postion: Manager, Chemical & Fiber Laboratories
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily technical operations of the Chemical & Fiber Laboratory to ensure the integrity of testing, and needed lab efficiency
- Be responsible for monitoring and reviewing the critical testing reports, testing progress and procedures of the Chemical Laboratory
- Keep abreast of the new international standards and testing methods
- Provide professional advice to customers and handles customers' inquiries especially on technical issues
- Assist the Associates with technical issues and questions
- Perform new test development, laboratory test, equipment maintenance and calibration
- Develop and provide appropriate training to the Associates as needed
- Obtain and maintain accreditation's as required by the top management
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Chemical Technology or equivalent (Candidate with textile chemistry education is definitely a plus)
- Over 5 years experience in chemical laboratory with over 3 years in supervisory/managerial level
- Solid experience in chemical testing using AAS, ICP and other analytical instruments
- Familiar with Fiber analysis regulation is preferred
- Sound knowledge in US and Canadian and or other international testing specifications is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external customers are necessary
- Proficiency in written and spoken EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
