Assistant Manager (Engineer):
B.Sc Engr. (Civil) from any recognized University (Preferable BUET, DUET, RUET KUET, CUET) He/She need to plan, direct and execute project activities and maintain permanent records and liaison with different interfacing parties, ensure that the works are executed in accordance with proper procedures, prevailing standards and the construction meet the guidelines, codes and all specifications as specified in contract documents. Experience 3-5 years.
Assistant Manager (Accounts):
MBA/M.Com (Major in Accounting/ Finance) from reputed university, CA/ CMA- III inter or CCA will be preferred. The applicants should 3-5 years experience in the following areas: Accounts, Audit, Internal Audit, Strategic Planning, fax/VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax.
Law Officer:
Must have LLB degree, 2-3 years practical experience on civil law in reputed land development / Real Estate Company or Bank/Leasing Company.
Procurement Assistant (Land):
Minimum Qualification H.S.C & 3-5 years Experience in Procurement Department in a reputed land development/Real Estate Company.
