Job Responsibility
- Assist the Head of the Department (HOD) in dealing with all kinds of legal issues concerning the Company
- Analyze risk assessment and report accordingly
- Provide legal advice to various departments within the Company
- Ensure legal audit in the Company
- Ensure legal compliance across the Company in every aspect
- Ensure compliance with Group and local policies, other regulations and procedures
Experience:
- 8 years of working experience in relevant field
- LL.B (Hons.) from a reputed university
Special Skills Requirements
- Sound knowledge on Corporate, Commercial, Telecom, Banking and IPR Laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal sensitivity
- Excellent presentation skill
- Ability to work under pressure with patience
- Team player and goal oriented
- Very good leadership skills
