Job Description/Responsibility:

1. Extra-ordinary designing taste & sense of colors (International standard)
2. Creative approach to problem solving and issue resolution
3. Knowledge in CSS, XHTML, XML, AJAX , div based (table-less) development and Photoshop is a must
4. Extensive knowledge in Flash, Action Script 2/3
5. Ability to create custom design website, CSS, logo, flash animations etc.
   

Educational Requirements

1. Minimum Graduate in IT discipline
2. Graduate from Fine Arts is Preferable
   

Experience Requirements

Minimum 3 year(s)


Additional Job Requirements

1. Must have experience on HTML, XHTM
2. Applicant must have basic knowledge in PHP, MYSQL
3. Knowledge in div based (table-less/fluid design) development
4. Excellent skills in Flash with action script are must
5. Excellent skills on Photoshop, Illustrator. JavaScript
6. Knowledge of 2D design is a plus.
7. Candidate must have strong portfolio created by own
8. Must have writing competency in English
9. Creative and able to produce new theme by thinking certainly about the business area
10. Color matching and Design sense for perfect web design
11. Image retouching and image manipulation, logo conception and basic icon illustration
12. Creative approach to problem solving and issue resolution
