Manager / Asst. Manager (Sales & Marketing):
Graduate/M.Com, BBA/MBA with (3-5) years working experience in Real Estate marketing is preferred. Monthly incentive, transport facilities, Oversees tour & others benefit is waiting for the selected candidates.
Manager (Admin & HR) :
Graduate, M.Com, MBA (3-5) years working experience in managing large executive team is preferred. Retd. Govt. Officer /Captain, Mejor also apply.
Architect / Jr. Architect :
B.arch / M.arch from any reputed university, (2-5) years working experience in high rise building designing, 3D & Brochure designing through RAJUK new rules will get preference. Fresh graduates also apply for Jr. Architect (Male / Female) .
Secretary /Assistant- MD (Female):
Graduate, BBA, MBA or O level / A Level is preferred, (2-5) years any customer service working experience will get preference, transport & others facilities with attractive salary, must be smart, dynamic & computer literacy. Smart fresh Graduate also apply. PART TIME / FULL TIME job facilities.
Sr. Executive / Executive (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care & Tele-Marketing): Male/Female
Graduate/Masters, BBA,MBA Preferred. (3-5) years apartment selling experience will get preference, Marketing experience in Pharmaceuticals, Insurance, Consumer Goods, Financial Institutions may also apply. O level / A level or Fresh Graduate also apply Company will provide necessary training.
Sr. Executive / Executive (Accounts) :
B.Com / M.Com, (2-3) years experience in supplier handling, credit collection & party payment is preferred. (Male only).
Executive Front Desk (Female):
HSC/Graduate, BBA, MBA with (2-3) years experience in Front Office Management & client service is Preferred.

Head of Telesales, Customer Service - Grameenphone
Position : Head of Telesales, Customer Service Department : Telesales Division : Customer Service
The Head of Telesales will possess strong background from large customer service operations, managerial experience, excellent managerial skills, and passion for continuous improvement. Ability to manage relationships is crucial with both internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent must have a proven and successful track record from different roles within a Customer Service and Call Center organization.
It is crucial for the incumbent to have personal experience selling over the phone in addition to experience as a leader of sales people. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop strategies for the Telesales department to establish Customer Service as a major sales channel
- Facilitate implementation of Telesales in the Contact Center
- Main contact in the Customer Service Division for internal stakeholders on sales and campaigns
- Implement budget and a follow up structure on sales in the Contact Center
- Ensure quality service and sales by training and follow up
- Relevant education to do service and sales; preferably in business
- Minimum 8 years experience in the service industry
- Minimum 3 years personal experience as a sales person
- Minimum 3 years progressive customer service management experience from a call center operation in any reputed local or multinational organization
- Management Experience from large customer service operations with focus on sales
- Advanced knowledge of customer service and call center operations
- Experience and competence in developing and follow up sales in a Contact Center operation
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and motivate
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
