Position : Deputy Manager, HR Systems and Process

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate various HR projects with vendors and IT team
- Will be responsible to prepare HR intelligence reports for line managers
- Validate the access control for different HR systems with quarterly review process
- Validate the employee work schedule, rotation plan and holiday calendar at central HRMS system
- Administration and operational responsibility of employee leave management system
- Ensure proper Change management procedures for HRMS systems
- Business Graduate from reputed university
- 3 years of working experience in relevant field will be preferred
- Good analytical ability
- Good understanding of different database systems
- Good communication and interpersonal sensitivity
- Self-motivated and result oriented
