KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position: 01
- Single contact point of Data entry from employee joining to separation
- Employee change management due to organizational change, promotion, transfer etc
- Data quality assurance to comply with internal control procedures
- Ensure data transfer from HRMS system to various non HR integrated system
- Ensure data format as per Telenor TED integration requirement
- Employee profile management at HRMS system
- Maintain employee document management systems (EDMS)
- Archive documents for reproduction, publication and display
- Administer the access provisions at DMS as per the right management policy and procedures
- Evaluate, categorize and preserve records for administrative, evidential and historical purpose
- Orientation and operational support to end users as per DMS process requirements
- Business Graduate from any reputed university
- 1 year of relevant working experience will be preferred
- Good command over MS Office Applications
- Basic knowledge of Database, data entry etc
- Very hard working, ability to take tremendous work pressure
- Must be a team player
