KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide legal opinion and legal vetting of documents
  
• Support business through proper guidance on legal matters
  
• Opinion, drafting and vetting for all assignment related to various department of Grameenphone
  
• Rendering of legal opinion on corporate, land related matters
  
• Ensure Intellectual Property protection
• Provide any other legal and para-legal support to various department of Grameenphone, as required

EDUCATION :

• LL.B (Hons.) LL.M from any reputed university

EXPERIENCE :

• 2-3 years working experience in relevant field will be preferred
• Enrolled as an Advocate in Bangladesh Bar Council

• Excellent communication and interpersonal sensitivity
  
• Excellent presentation skills
  
• Ability to work under pressure with patience
  
• Team player and goal oriented
• Documentation and sound knowledge on Land related laws, Trade Marks and Copyrights laws, Telecommunicaton laws will be given prederence
