Job Description/Responsibility:
- Knowledge of delivering complex projects throughout lifecycle, specifically: Project planning and progress monitoring including budget control and milestone control; issue and risk management; stakeholder management Ensure development projects are accomplished on time and within budget.
- Manage more than one project at a time whenever needed. Make sure that all the projects under his / her supervision are going on smoothly.
- Supervise whether the team members are working efficiently. Should have the capability to motivate and influence them to put in all their efforts to accomplish the given task successfully.
- Plan out the resources needed for the project and chart out a budget.
- Assist technical team in design and development tasks.
- Assist test team in creating test plans and testing efforts.
- At least 3 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements:
- Should have 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Good Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming.
- Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in MS Projects
- Written and oral communication in English is highly desirable.
- Good resource planning skills, ability to meet deadlines.
