Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative & quantitative research, data collection and analysis at field level
• Produce English & Bangla case studies as per programme outcome 
• Produce documents for different audiences, i.e. background papers, field notes, briefing papers & newspaper articles 
• Present summary findings of research with management

Educational Requirements:

• Masters in any discipline from any recognized university with minimum 1st class class/ CGPA 3.00 either in Bachelors or Masters Examination.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 3 years in the research field

Additional Job Requirements:

• Strong skills in both quantitative & qualitative research tools
• Familiarity with SPSS or other data analysis tools 
• Proficient in English language 
• Ability to analyze both quantitative & qualitative data 
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team in remote areas in Bangladesh like Haor areas. 
• Candidates from Sylhet division will be given priority 
• Women are encouraged to apply
