Position: Assistant Manager, Marketing & Sales (Rice Transplanted M/C, Combine Harvester, Bull Smart M/C etc)
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Able to build up strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Developing market for Rice Transplanted M/C, Combine Harvester, Bull Smart M/C with other Agri-Machinery and Equipments; increasing sales within the institution.
- Responsible for setting the monthly/quarterly/annually sales plan as defined by the management and prepare action plans to achieve the target.
- Visit clients door to door where needed.
- Ability to develop & motivate the sales team to achieve the set goals and accordingly to attain sales target.
- Monitor daily sales tracking and sales variance.
- Forecasting and ensuring collection in line with the sales target.
- Collect, forecast and analyze the market data for operating plan.
- Developing process for identifying the potential customers.
- Identify sales strategy to comply with competitors for maximization of Company’s goals and profitability.
- Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and sales commitment of organization and other associates to the achievement of entire Bangladesh objectives and targets.
- Analysis of 06 (Six) reports especially for organization / institution.
- Frequent market visit (at least 15 days in a month) and market opportunity assessment.
- Provide report on target, performance and justification for business outcome.
- Regular reporting to the top management on periodical Sales performance.
- Preparing monthly sales budget.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.
Educational Requirements: MBA (Marketing) / Graduate (preferable in discipline of Agriculture or Mechanical Engineering) with minimum 04 years practical experience in sales and marketing of Agri-Machinery & Equipment / Capital Machinery out of which minimum 02 years of practical experience should in a position equivalent to Assistant Manager, Marketing & Sales

- Should have able to travel out of station extensively.
- Should have strong communication skills.
- He should have strong interpersonal skills as he has to maintain very good relationships with different sets of people.
- He should have good team working abilities.
- He should have a direct and intensive approach and be willing to work long hours.
- Ability to work independently, self motivated and work to tight deadlines.
- Age range 32-35 years
- Can do attitude.
