Job Description:

• Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement different sales and marketing strategies
• Liaison closely with the principals
• Responsible for preparing different reports as required by the management.

• Excellent Spoken and Written English skills required
• Advanced skills in Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Experience Requirement: 1-3 years experience in any large organization

Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

• Responsible for handling customers regarding warranty and service issues
• Handle inbound and outbound service calls
• Coordinate with the Service Manager on escalated issues

Educational Requirement: Must be a Graduate from any local or foreign well-reputed university

Experience Requirement: Minimum 1 year experience in similar position

Systems Engineer

Job Description:

• Design, implement and maintain Local and Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN).
• Install Hardware, Operating Systems & Application Software.
• Systems Security, Availability & Performance.
• Data Protection & Data Recovery.
• Install, configure, maintain network services, equipment and devices.
• Good knowledge of networking technologies including clear understanding of TCP/IP.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux system.

Educational Requirement: B. Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering

Experience Requirement: 1-3 years experience in similar position

Hardware Engineer

Job Description:

• Desktop and Notebook Hardware and Software troubleshooting
• Must be well experienced with commonly used operating systems.
• Practical experience with hardware diagnostics and parts replacement of notebooks will be given preference.
• Capable to visit frequently to customer premises.

Educational Requirement: Bachelor in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Electronics from any reputed university.
