Job Title: Marketing Officer (International/Local)

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Job Description / Key Responsibility

• Competitor Analysis /Market trend analysis
• Brand management /Customer segment  and  demand analysis
• Conduct customer research, competitor data and implement business development plan & changes as needed
• Identify customer demand in all areas and generate and  exceed sales targets
• Develop and maintain  customer / accounts
• Price/service negotiation
• Project proposal submission
• Developing marketing communication material
• Other necessary assignments as per requirement of  Marketing Manager
• Maintain productive relationships with all members of the team to achieve required customer service

Experience and Educational Requirements

• Sound knowledge of marketing activities, including; Forecasting, order capture, brand awareness, cycle planning, account management, financial reporting, sales project management
• University graduate/BBA/MBA
• Minimum 1 yr’s experience in any reputed organization in their marketing department
• Sound communication skills  & presentation skills– in English and Bangla, including written and spoken
• Good at negotiation and interpersonal skills

Additional Job Requirements

• Need to be smart, energetic, confident and target oriented
• Good communication skill with lively and presentable personality
• Must have computer knowledge and basics about internet and e-mail
• Willing to work long hours and be pro-active person with a can-do attitude.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
