Head - Logistics

  •     The prime responsibility of this role is to monitor overall logistics function
  •     Responsible to preserve or improve the company’s procedures, standards or policies while sticking to business ethics and regulatory guidelines.
  •     Oversees the delivery of goods in accordance with customer specifications and ensures that deadlines are met.
  •     Manage the import/export processes and ensure compliance with local & foreign government laws and regulations.
  •     The incumbent will also be responsible for planning, organizing & controlling of Warehouse over-all operations
  •     Implementing cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  •     The ideal candidate must possess Graduate/Post graduate degree in any discipline.
  •     7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  •     Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  •     Good computer skills are also prerequisites for this position.

Manager, Facilities

Primary Responsibility for this role will be the management of services, processes and projects that support the core business of an organization. The incumbent will ensure that an organization has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  •     To communicate across all levels of the organization and develop and maintain effective communication with external relevant service providers and internal employees.
  •     This role also involves managing budget, maintaining expenditure records and negotiating the best deals with outside contractors and suppliers.
  •     Coordinate Facilities audit as per global/company standards.
  •     Managing refurbishment, renovations, house keeping, maintenance and office shifting
  •     Making sure that office premises meets health and safety standards and legal requirements
  •     Managing budgets and keeping expenditure records.

    Develop means and ways of cost /optimization/rationalization in all activities/systems carried out by businesses/support functions, while ensuring that services standards are not compromised.         

Skills and Qualifications:

  •     Project management skills with proven knowledge of turnkey operations/project
  •     Experience in managing office relocation/ new office set up. Should have handled at least one project where new office has been set up.
  •     Postgraduate in any discipline. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering will be an added advantage. Candidates from Army with the Rank of Major will be preferred.
  •     8 to 12 years of experience, preferably in Multinational companies.

Executive, Export

  •     The incumbent will be verifying export shipping documents and bank negotiations as per LC terms on time.
  •     Responding to different queries from the customers regarding release of shipping documents, banking and customs related issues.
  •     Prepare necessary documentation for efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all export activities.
  •     Work closely with export team both in factory & city office to update all information like shipping documents, EP, EXP No. Bill of entry no, delivery date, type of delivery, etc in export status. 
  •     Maintaining a status whether L/C are not complying our credit policy   

Skills and Qualifications:


    Strong business knowledge of export documentation, function of BEPZA and Bank & customs
    Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline
    2-3 years of relevant job experience 

Asst. Manager, Inventory Planning
Material planning of all Raw Materials likes Board, Adhesive, PFL, Yarn, Ink & Varnish & Consumables. Align with Demand planning team regarding projection & order forecast. Define Safety stock, Re-Order Levels as required. ABC analysis & FMR analysis Working on daily shortage report (Current & Potential shortage) as well as taking prompt action to place order. To club different stock report format & Upcoming shipping status To validate month end Inventory value & Pull back amount after completing by Finance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  •     Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. 4-6 years of relevant experience
