Delta Brac Housing Finance Corporation Ltd (DBH), a ‘AAA’ rated international joint venture financial institution with core focus on Housing Finance invites applications for the following positions from deserving candidates for its Dhaka & Chittagong Office.
Product Marketing Officer (PMO) / Sr. Product Marketing Officer (SPMO)
Education: At least Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
- Candidates should have at least 1-2 years working experience in marketing & sales functions in financial/banking sector.
- Candidates found exceptionally good having 2-3 years of relevant experience may be considered for higher positions like Deputy Group Coordinator (DGC) or Group Coordinator (GC).
Age: Not over 32 years with sound physique.
Other Job Requirements / Conditions:
Competency: Excellent communication skills with salesmanship aptitude, pro - active, ability to work hard under pressure and willingness to accept challenges.
Others: Physically fit & energetic and strong willingness for traveling/visits to different places/clients.
Employment: Initially on two years contractual basis, extendable from time to time and/or on regular basis depending purely on performance and company’s scope.
Package: Minimum fixed pay for the position of PMO: Tk. 10,500/=,
SPMO: Tk. 12,500/=, DGC: Tk. 15,500/=, GC: Tk. 18,500/=.
In addition to the above fixed pay, attractive performance based commission and festival bonuses are also applicable for all positions.
Job Location: Selected candidates will be based at their preferred/respective dwelling cities of Dhaka / Chittagong.
