    Job Responsibility:

•     Responsible for complete market value chain researches and insights (across market operation, retailer, customer, networks and Robi)
•     Manage and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data (such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires), or arrange to obtain existing data
•     Manage reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
•     Develop statistical models to predict customer value, customer response and classify customers based on household, demographic and transactional characteristics
•     Measure, assess, forecasting business / trend by using research analytics
•     Ensure information gathered is synthesized and meaningful and develops recommendations based on competitive findings
•     Manage research models and analytical development framework

    Educational Qualification :
    Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputed university
    Job Requirements :
        * Age : NA
        * Experience in related field minimum 4 year(s)
    Additional Requirements :

•     Customer and general people centricity
•     Knowledge domain on quantitative and qualitative and research models.
•     Analytical sense/observation with best possible skill/know how in excel, spss, sql, access, graphs, ppt
•     Research methodology know how and Statistical knowledge (applicable)
•     Market value chain understanding (how sales, service, marketing, regions, segments, product works/integrates and impact on customers/retailers
•     Planning mind with interest to learn continuously and drive for status quo
