We are looking for candidates with a degree in a financial accounting with substantial experience of working in a humanitarian or development context and managing the financial and administrative systems requirements for institutional donors and providing program finance support to program team and partners.  You should have sound, substantial knowledge and skill for supporting the financial and administrative requirements for partnership, both with donors and NGOs, as well as experience in providing capacity-building support to partners for strengthening their financial systems.  You should be able to work closely with program team and provide program finance support. You should be familiar and competent with spreadsheets and financial software.  You should have familiarity with tools for analysis of financial data that can be used to support the programme team and its partnerships. You should have working knowledge of HR management and office administration. Having a command on English and Bangla language and working knowledge of other regional languages would be an advantage.
