Job Description / Responsibility:
- Primary responsibilities include performing financial, operational, system and process audits of the company’s business units.
- Responsible for generating the company’s overall internal control of its operation
- Requires excellent skills as well as strong knowledge of audit techniques.
- Working closely with operating management and checking economy, efficiency and effectiveness of all kinds of operational matters.
- Preparing and finalizing audit report with necessary analysis and comparison.
- Document work and assist in the preparation of observations and recommendations for corrective action
- Coordinates audit activities with other departments to secure resources needed to evaluate programs and conduct audits.
- Ability to diagnose problems, determine root causes and recommend solutions to complex challenges
- Ensure that accepted accounting and auditing principles are followed, and evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of internal accounting procedures and operating systems and controls.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
Educational Requirements: ACA/ FCA (From any foreign affiliated Firm)
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 10 year’s (Pre & Post Qualified)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Finance
Additional Job Requirements:
- Age not over 40 years
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Power point is a must.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Skilled in interpersonal communication in English and Bangla.
Salary Range: Negotiable
