SR. PROJECT MANAGER
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with internal teams and delivering quality online solutions on time, on budget and within scope.
Job Description:
Full-cycle Project Management Leadership:
Provide and Implement Project Management processes through demonstrated expertise and knowledge of project life cycles, methodologies, tools, and techniques by leading cross-functional teams to successfully plan, implement (integrate), test, release, and closeout online solutions.
- Accountable for success of B G Interactive’s strategic IT initiatives throughout project life-cycles.
- Works with management team within B G Interactive to ensure systems, processes, and communications are in place to launch new online technology initiatives.
- Responsible to manage a multi-function internal implementation team (15+ people) in a multi-platform environment - LAMP (Linux, Apache, MYSQL, PHP) as well as .NET
- Owns all issues related to project initiatives, resolving conflicts when needed and builds company-wide trust in success of projects.
- Develop and execute an implementation project plan, meeting all deliverables and deadlines
- Works with management team to identify and document project's time, cost, & scope objectives.
- Works with team members to mentor, coach and enhance team members coding skill sets.
- The Manager will work closely with the Management Team in determining work priorities, scheduling, assigning resources etc.
Project Communication:
- Identifies, monitors, and mitigates potential risks that might affect project's schedule, cost, scope, and / or quality.
- Communicates multiple project status to stakeholders, and team members on a periodic basis, ensuring progress is appropriately understood by all members of the team affected to include daily and weekly status reports with components updates of each project to be sent to management and project team.
- Is responsible to keep project teams focused ensuring participation and progress that can be measured weekly.
- Takes ownership of and ensures all project documentation is created, kept accurate and communicated to project team members in a timely manner.
Key Qualifications and Skills:

QA MANAGER
Job Description:
The QA Manager will be responsible to carryout Quality Assurance and perform testing, analysis, research and handle quality of projects for multiple clients. Documenting all pertinent bug information and ensuring that the bug has been fixed. Ensuring delivery against QA department goals & objectives i.e. Meeting commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance schedule along with having experience in developing e-com sites, P2P network (Social Network) sites, CMS based sites and other online, web-based content. The candidate must have knowledge to code extensively, needs to work closely with designers during integration, testing phase. Need to have good communication skill and must communicate proactively with client and inform, inquire about project information and also work closely with Project Manager.

SR. SOFTWARE ENGINEER (Magento Core Development)
Job Description:
The Sr. Software Engineer will be responsible to carryout and sometime lead multiple online projects for multiple clients. The candidate should have experience in developing ecommerce sites, P2P networks (Social Networks), CMS based sites, Web based applications, SOAP API’s and other online applications. The responsibility includes preparing and designing database structure, architectural designs, flow-charts, DFD, URS and other required project documents. The candidate needs to code extensively, needs to work closely with designers during integration, and testing phase. The candidate must have good communication skills and must communicate proactively with B G Interactive clients and also work closely with Project Management.

- Graduate in Computer Science>
- 3-5+ years Experience.

The Sr. User Interface Engineer will be responsible to carryout and lead multiple online projects. The candidate should have experience in developing outstanding web designs, converting them to XHTML (web 2.0 based) and ensure the work completed is cross browser compatible. The responsibility includes understanding western clients’ tastes, and business patterns. The candidate must be able to design web based sites from scratch with extreme creativity, preparing storyboards when needed. The candidate must have Action Script, CSS, XHTML, XML, JavaScript knowledge. Strictly needs to follow W3C compliance standards. Needs to work closely with programmers during integration phase. Must communicate with UI team and update with any new technological information and self train where necessary.
