D.Net, MAMA Bangladesh has been conducting formative research to capture feedback on the service, content and business model of the initiative. MAMA Bangladesh under the name "Aponjon" is providing weekly messages to pregnant women, new mothers and to their gatekeepers by mobile phones. These messages are all about health and behavior information that a pregnant woman or a new mother should know. We had been capturing systematic data and quantitative feedback of the clients during our phone surveys. Now we would like to capture in-depth interviews of the clients in different districts of Bangladesh : Gaibandha, Sylhet, Chittagong and Dhaka.
For this we will recruit young researchers who have experience in qualitative research. We will proceed with the recruitment process very soon. We recommend the following traits in the researchers:
1. Graduate of Social Science(preferable) from any reputed universities
2. Sound knowledge on qualitative research
3. Strong command in English writing, reporting
4. Has experience in transcription and coding
5. Has experience in data collection
6. Skill in communication with urban, rural people
7. Can travel to any part of Bangladesh
8. Hard working, intelligent, good team worker
We will accept both male and female candidates.
