Role / Department Overview
Job Responsibility
- Ensure cost effective radio network plan, design and initiate deployment as per marketing forecast
- Perform regular radio resource dimensioning to maintain voice and data KPI as well as ensure optimum resource utilization
- Ensure innovative solution design for critical sites/locations
- Perform parameter tuning, radio feature administration and initiate hardware optimization to improve radio network performance
- Perform codec dimensioning to maintain the optimum speech quality
- Ensure regular monitoring and identify worst performing cells and take improve initiatives
- Initiate field assessment (drive test) in each cities, highways, railways, indoor and other strategic locations
- Analyze drive test log, identify problematic locations, prepare necessary solution and ensure the implementation of the plan
- Maintain aggressive SLA for customer complaints and ensure cost effective solution design and drive implementation to improve customer satisfaction maintaining sustainability of the business
- Provide optimum technical support for different events, disaster and commercial campaigns in the regions
- Education & Experience Requirements
Education:
B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a reputed university
Experience:
4 years of working experience in relevant field
Special Skills Requirements
- Very good knowledge about macro script writing (VB), Ms Access, sql
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
