Position Title: WEB DESIGNER / DEVELOPER

Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Extra-ordinary designing taste & sense of colors.
- Creative approach to problem solving and issue resolution
- Knowledge in CSS, XHTML, Javascript, jQuery, div based (table-less) development, Photoshop and Flash is a must.
- Must have experience of converting PSD to XHTML
- Extensive knowledge in Flash, Action Script 2/3
- Sound knowledge of programming language like PHP, OOPHP, MySQL, XML, AJAX.
- Knowledge of Joomla, Wordpress, osCommerce and Magento is a plus.
- Ability to create custom design website, CSS, logo, flash animations etc.
Educational Requirements:
Minimum Graduate in IT discipline. Graduate from Fine Arts is Preferable
Or
Diploma in IT discipline with 2 years experience.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience of web designer.
- 1 year experience of web developer.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Programmer/Software Engineer, Web Developer/Web Designer
Additional Job Requirements:
- Age 22 to 35 year(s)
- Must have experience on PSD to XHTML
- Excellent skills in Flash with action script are must.
- Excellent skills on Photoshop, Illustrator. JavaScript
- Knowledge of 2D design is a plus.
- Knowledge of Joomla, Wordpress, osCommerce.
- Applicant must have basic knowledge in PHP, MYSQL
- Knowledge in div based (table-less/fluid design) development.
- Candidate must have strong portfolio created by own.
- Must have writing competency in English.
- Creative and able to produce new theme by thinking certainly about the business area.
- Color matching and Design sense for perfect web design.
- Image retouching and image manipulation, logo conception and basic icon illustration.
- Creative approach to problem solving and issue resolution.
