Job Description/ Responsibility:
Managing the activities and progress of the Area Managers and sales engineers
Sales as per target
Developing relations with new and existing customers
Supporting the existing customer on a regular basis
Reporting the activities and progress to management
Educational Requirements: B.Sc. Engineering (Mechanical)
Additional Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years experience in marketing
- Experience in managing a team of 15 sales people
- Must be computer literate & extremely enthusiastic
- Must be self driven, results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality jobs and business profit
- Must be mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with senior company executives
- Able to get on with others and be a team player
- Willing to travel frequently within the country and abroad
- Having a valid Driving license is a plus point
