Job Descriptions/ Responsibilities:

  •     Social Media Work (Online)
  •     Internet Marketing
  •     Secretarial Services
  •     Data Entry and Mining
  •     Database Research
  •     Email, Phone, Live Chat
  •     Outbound Calling
  •     Posting Ads and Blog Entries
  •     Real-Time Remote Technical and General Support
  •     Continuous Processes
  •     Visually Document Editing/ Processes
  •     Uploading Content onto Websites
  •     Coordinating and Booking Travel Plans
  •     Unlimited Incoming/ Outgoing Calls
  •     Support of American management on Site
  •     Night Shift- 10 PM to 7 AM (BD Time)

Educational Requirements:
  •     NSU/ IUB/ AIUB/ BRAC/ EAST WEST and any reputed PRIVATE UNIVERSITY Students or Graduates ONLY
  •     O/ A Level/ BBA/ MBA/ Computer Science/ from any faculty.
  •     Academic qualification will be considered for only experienced candidates.

Experience Requirements:

  •     At least 1 year(s)
  •     The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision/Management, Call Centre Training, Online (web/e-mail) Support
  •     The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO, Overseas Companies, Call Center

Additional Job Requirements:

  •     Age 25 to 40 year(s)
  •     Excellent English communication skills both spoken, listening & written
  •     Call Center Training/ Any other English course is must.
  •     NIGHT SHIFT (US clients)
  •     Call Center Supervision/Management, Counseling
  •     Tele Marketing, internet marketing, Customer Support through Phone, Call Centre Training
  •     BPO, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Salary Range: TK.15000 - 20000
