Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Direct Supervision of CSA
- Responsible to Ensure Route Wise Products Distribution
- Responsible to Ensure Customer Satisfaction by Giving Ethical Support
- Responsible to Ensure that Vans are Going to Markets Timely for Smooth Distribution
- Responsible to Ensure that Consolidated Products Received by CSA
- Responsible for Verification of Distribution Cost Incurred by CSA.
- Responsible for Monitoring to Arrange CSA Everyday for Next Day Route
- Responsible to Handle Customers Complain in Field
- Co- operations to Warehouse Officer/Accounts Officer/Order Management Officer
- Responsible to Direct Customer Contact/ Information Collection from Customers/ any Festival Gift Allocation Supervision
- Responsible for Rent Vehicle if Needed
- Knowledge about Route/ Market as well as Customer Profile
- Monitoring Trade Returns and Report to Superiors
- Responsible for Credit Invoices Acknowledgement Properly and Hand Over to Credit Management Associates
- Responsible for Return Upon Delivery and Monitoring of High Return Area/ Customer and Find Out Effective Solution to Reduce Return
- Responsible for Route Optimization
- Responsible for COD Collections Monitoring and Retail Credit
- To Perform any Jobs Assign by the Supervisor
Educational Requirements: Masters or Bachelors in Any Discipline from a Recognize University
Experience Requirements:
1 to 3 year(s)
