Job Responsibility:
- Assist in region/segment specific strategic development and planning
- Assist in demand forecasting for region/segment specific deployment and market development across all segments and regions
- Monitor and report region/segment specific performance management for sales, service, marketing, and network
- Support Thana wise planning activities focused to Thana specific OPEX and CAPEX optimization
- Assist in region/segment specific planning across market operation and integrate and seize market opportunity
- Integrate and lead new market development into leveraging macro to micro segment specific opportunity, presence and uniqueness
- Analyze and assist in region specific market preparation, deployment initiative and ROI
BBA/MBA from a reputed university with good academic background
Job Requirements :

* Experience in related field minimum 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
- Market value chain understanding (how sales, service, marketing, regions, segments, prod-uct, network works/integrates and impact on customers/retailers, experience of 1+ years in telecom planning)
- Planning mind with tactical sense to collaborate, integrate and drive for status quo
- Strong number sense with financial understanding on bottom line for market actions
- Reporting sense and excellent analytical ability
- Market and industry knowledge
- Customer and general people centricity
- General Knowledge about Bangladesh (socio economic, history, culture etc – past – present and future potential)
