Position: System Engineer-Regional Operation and Maintenance

Job Responsibility
- Ensure first level fault handling and troubleshooting of BTS, transmission network, core network and power equipments within defined service level
- Ensure preventive maintenance of network element as per defined time line to ensure network quality
- Ensure execution of optimization work/planned work to support network growth
- Manage and coordinate different vendors to secure best services from them
- Liaison and coordinate with different stakeholders like electricity, law enforcing agencies to get their support for actual billing, network security etc.
- Implement different OPEX efficiency initiatives
- Attend and visit problematic spots/customers premises based on their complaints to collect detailed technical parameters of the location
- Support other mobile phone operators who are sharing GP premises as part of infrastructure sharing
- Prepare and present different reports based on requirement
Education & Experience Requirements
Education:
- B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering from a reputed university
Special Skills Requirements
- Knowledge on GSM, transmission and power system
- Strong interpersonal skill

- Ability to plan, organize and implement as per expectation to deliver desired output
