Job Responsibility:
- Direct/Develop process improvement strategy formulate & culture building using six sigma & eTOM guideline
- Direct actions and measures to ensure all Market Operation staffs are aware about the process maintenance culture by using process management tools & systems
- Drive for Market Operation division's Key strategic process identification, prioritization, mapping, simulation & re-engineering
- Guide/Lead for achieving operational excellence, through improved process execution
- Ensure process efficiency quantification/measurement
- Ensure process health monitoring and continuous improvement/governance across MO division
- Integrate to deal with Group process improvement office to create synergy
- Deliver to assure processes to decrease time to market
BBA/ MBA degree (from reputed institution) with a major in Marketing/Sales with good academic background
Job Requirements :

* Experience in related field minimum 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
- Preferably Six Sigma trained/certified professional with Statistical knowledge / ETOM etc
- Customer and people centricity
- Process improvements know-how
- Market value chain understanding (how sales, service, marketing, regions, segments, network works/integrates and impact on customers/retailers, experience of 3-4 years in telecom operations)
- Challenge status quo and drive operational excellence
- Project management Skill (PMBOK, PMI trained/certified)
