Job Responsibility:
- Drive, deploy & monitor strategic projects and initiatives across Market Operation as divisional PMO and Project/Program managers
- Guide, build and deliver strategic speed by building projects and program management culture with relevant people, process, system & culture development
- Empower and enable organization with PMI standard project management methodology, tools, systems and framework
- Develop and build project managers and talent home for executioners
- Govern project reporting, audit, change management evaluation and benefit realization
- Act as the interface and guide EPMO for MO projects
- Educational Qualification :
- BBA/ MBA degree (from reputed institution) with a major in Marketing/Sales with good academic background

* Experience in related field minimum 4 year(s)
- Experience in telecommunication industry (Project management, Process Improvement, Operational excellence, Audits) will be preferred
- Customer and people centricity
- Process improvements know-how
- Market value chain understanding (how sales, service, marketing, regions, segments, network works/integrates and impact on customers/retailers, experience of 3-4 years in telecom operations)
- Challenge status quo and drive operational excellence
- Project management Skill (PMBOK, PMI trained/certified)
