POSITION TITLE: PRODUCTION OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Organize and ensure that the pharmaceutical products are produced in accordance with cGMP and the established production procedures and schedule.
- Organize and monitor duties of Operators/ Process workers/ Packers effectively, efficiently and handle technical problems in production.
- Provide overall direction for the technical and administrative operations in the dispensing, processing and packaging area.
- Review all batch processing & packaging records and ensure that the production is carried out in accordance with the batch processing & packaging procedures.
- Ensure that all the required equipments are always ready for use, cleaned and are in good condition.
Qualification and Experiences:
- M.Pharm or M.Sc in Biochemistry/ Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry
- 2-3 years of experience in production in any reputed pharmaceutical company. Candidates having experiences in ORS production will be preferred.
- Age must be below 35 years
- Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office application suite.
- Must be willing to work in any shift including night shift and in extended hours.
