    Job Responsibility:

    Manage overall activities of channel operation for developed market including distribution, logistics, RSP dealership (appointment/evaluation), primary sales for SIM & RV, commission set/disbursement

    Ensure proper management and availability of products at retailers' ends for emerging market

    Develop distribution operational guideline in collaboration with emerging market which ensures an effective way for distribution operation

    Ensure adequate training in collaboration with emerging market to develop sales force to bring alignment with the channel development strategy

    Work as a team with emerging market to bring sales automation for channels as well as for sales force for efficiency

    Develop and maintain sales audit function for emerging market & assist the team in providing necessary feedback to concerned as and when required
    Educational Qualification :

    Business graduate from a reputed national/foreign university
